My stay at Cha Pampulha Design was truly delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a refreshing shower. The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by lush greenery. The restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were attentive to my needs. The view of the Pampulha lake pond from the hotel was breathtaking. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and markets, while also offering stunning views of the lake district. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout my stay.

While the room was spacious, the shower occasionally malfunctioned causing inconsistent water flow and temperature. some facilities such as a gym or pool would have been a nice addition to the hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right on the lagoon, was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the view of the lake was a wonderful way to start the day. The staff here provided exceptional service, making sure our every need was met. They even went above and beyond when they granted our request to be transferred to a different room upon arrival. The room itself was pristine, with top-notch housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless. The amenities were also impressive, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary toiletries. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this venue.

The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from, including some local cuisine. The hotel had a nice view of the lake and was close to jogging paths and outdoor areas to relax.

The towels were old and worn out, and the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The ventilation system was not efficient, making the rooms stuffy at times.
